The importance of pre-combat inspections

Old saying in the Army-you don't get what you expect, but you will get what you inspect.  We checked our soldier's gear and had our gear checked on mission number 73 just the same as we did on mission number one.  Because if you don't constantly check to make sure things are done right, stuff like this happens-
