Owner Zygi Wilf dispatched one of his private jets to pick up T.J. Houshmandzadeh in Seattle on Saturday after he spent the previous day visiting the Seahawks.

Houshmandzadeh and a contingent of Vikings officials ate dinner at a private room at Manny's Steakhouse in Minneapolis on Saturday evening.
Ahhh! Please no! These evil rich people dined on expensive food, probably innocent and cruelly slaughtered cows. The inhumanity! For love of (insert politically acceptable pagan deities)! Someone call PETA!
Houshmandzadeh, who turns 32 in September and has spent his entire eight-year career with the Bengals, is a two-time 1,000-yard receiver and has caught at least 90 passes each of the past three seasons. His 294 catches since 2006 are the most in the league. The Vikings have not had a receiver catch 90 passes since Randy Moss had 111 in 2003.

Unless of course they win a few games, especially a Vikes-Packers match up, and then the fans will come leaping onto the bandwagon, as per usual.

Unless they somehow finagle our feckless state gov't into buying them a stadium with increased sales tax in the metro area ala Pohlad. I might just step out of the metro to purchase more thus limiting my "support".
