Dishonoring the uniform

Wearing the uniform at a political rally is clearly understood to be in violation of military regulation.

Wear of the uniform is governed by Paragraph 4.1.1.3 of DOD Directive 1344.10 and Section j of Paragraph 1-10 of AR 670-1.

If it hadn't been for our desire to stay non-confrontational with the protesters, I would have loved to wade out into the crowd to give these idiots a piece of my mind.
