Everyone in southern Minnesota is racist, hates black, brown or yellow people, and will vote accordingly!
Sound silly? Then imagine of you were a resident of Rep Murtha's district in Pennsylvania and he called you a racist.
Keep in mind that Rep Murtha is the one man over the last five years that I, as a soldier, believe should be accused of treason.
Oran's Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as: "...[a]...citizen's actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation]." In many nations, it is also often considered treason to attempt or conspire to overthrow the government, even if no foreign country is aided or involved by such an endeavour
Congressman John Murtha of Pennsylvania, accused 17 Marines of murder. His words-"It's much worse than reported in Time magazine. There was no fire fight. There was no IED that killed these innocent people. Our troops overreacted because of the pressure on them and they killed innocent civilians in cold blood."
Congressman Murtha has been proven wrong by the fact that all of the Marines accused of murder have been found not guilty, with one case on appeal.
God bless the voters in southwestern PA that think this man is the guy to represent them in Congress. That's their choice. But he has defamed US troops who were in a combat zone, and now he says his constituents are racist because they don't want to vote for Obama.
Honestly, the only hope Rep John Murtha has for not being the butt a thousand jokes in DC is that Al Franken will be elected and be the butt of 2000 jokes in DC.

I hold out hope for his defeat. I hear he bailed out on a debate after spewing this BS and his supposed apology wher he never actually, well apologized.
